DEPARTURE:
After you have cleared Customs, please proceed to the JR/Duty Free Departures store located on the left. Please collect your goods before you board the aircraft.

ARRIVAL:
On arrival to Auckland, please proceed to the JR/Duty Free Collection Counter located in the Auckland arrivals store in the middle of the rear wall.
