Service Outline:

1. The client drives their vehicle to our premises which is located at 13 Freight Place, Airport Oaks, Auckland (see attached map)   
2. They will then be greeted by our Customer Service Agent/s where the details of their booking will be confirmed and additional services offered
3. They will then be transferred in our dedicated Shuttle Service to the appropriate terminal be it Domestic or International
4. On their return, they will be picked up from a designated point which will be explained to them prior to their departure
5. They will then be returned to 13 Freight Place where the payment of the service will be made and their vehicle will be there waiting for them
6. This service will be available from 0400 hours until the last departing or arriving flight whichever is the later and will operate 7 days per week
7. The cost of our service is $12.00 per 24 hours for uncovered parking and $14.00 per 24 hours for covered parking
8. A range of added services are available these include valet options starting at $30.00 ranging through to $120.00, Vehicle servicing, WOF, Tyres repaired or replaced, minor Panel beating and painting
